Background: Deb began her career in the start-up era in 2000 setting up customer service departments and establishing implementation best practices for SaaS business models. She moved into Supply Chain/Strategic Sourcing/Business Requirements Analysis roles with Corporate Express, Capgemini, AIMCO, and T-Mobile. With over 14 years of intensive analytic and statistical experience, she has a thorough understanding of the healthcare supply chain and its far-reaching impact across departments and facilities. With a focus on data, she drives and simplifies best practices for leading healthcare systems resulting in significant savings and data-driven budgets. Michelle began her career in personal finance with a focus on assisting families plan for their future. Her skills evolved with the implementation of a new division that was created to enhance her talents. In this role, Michelle realized her passion for making decisions based on data. This led her to Intermountain Healthcare where she was given the freedom to develop processes and reports that matured their Supply Chain Analytics department.
